Due to limited inventory, an item in your cart does not guarantee purchase. You must fully complete the checkout process before the item is yours. Inventory may be adjusted while in the checkout process.
All orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks with tracking. International orders ship via USPS Priority International. First Class International Package is an available option for participating countries depending on package dimensions.
We do not offer combined shipping on separately placed orders.
All international orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Shipping with tracking. First Class International is available for some countries on specific products. HOWEVER, while more affordable, First Class International offers only limited tracking and packages can take considerably longer without any available shipping updates. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping preference
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES
Some destination countries require import taxes, customs fees, duties, and or VAT. Any and all import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict, nor are responsible for, these costs which are determined by the customer's destination country. Please direct any questions regarding these fees to you country's customs agency.
All international order's declared values, for customs purposes, will be equal to the original customer purchase price. We do not alter, or reduce, these declared values for any reason whatsoever.
Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee exchanges. In the event that we do not have inventory to offer a replacement, a full refund will be offered instead. Please see below for our refund policy.
We will accept returns of prints that arrive damaged within 14 days of confirmed delivery of your print. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to have a print refunded , send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be contacted with return instruction, including a returns label if needed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
If your order has been approved for a refund, a shipping label will be emailed to you. We do not accept returns without the provided shipping label. Please be sure to obtain a receipt when dropping off the order with the carrier indicated on the return label.
